Returns or exchanges may be acceptable as long as notified within 30 days of delivery acceptance and also depending upon conditions or defect, but generally after 30 days no returns or exchanges are accepted. We try to accommodate most customers requests because repeat business is our number one goal and customer loyalty is very important to us. Please no refunds on used played strings. If you accidently ordered the incorrect gauge string by mistake and you want to exchange it for the correct gauge this is allowed, but you must pay for the shipping.  Additionally, depending upon the circumstance of the return there is a possible 20% restocking fee. In particular, if such return is approved beyond the 30 day delivery acceptance time frame.
